Ingredients

  • Base
  • 200g Oreo powder

  • 100g butter (melted)

  • 35g of white sugar

  • Filling
  • 450g of greek yogurt

  • 200g of sour cream

  • 4 egg whites (battered)

  • 1 vanilla sugar (7g)

  • 75g of hard flour

  • 250g of white sugar

  • 1/2 cardamom pod (seeds)

  • lemon juice (1/2 of one medium size lemon)

  • Crumble crust
  • 150g of brown sugar

  • 120 g of hard flour

  • 85g of butter (melted)

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients, white sugar and Oreo powder, and then add melted butter. Stir everything together with a spoon. Place base mixture in the mold an press it evenly with a bottom of the glass or some other item with flat bottom. Bake it in the oven for 5 min on 200C.
  • Mix greek yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add flour while stirring. After that also gradually add battered egg whites (egg whites “snow”), gently stirring with a spoon (or anything else except mixer…). At the end add crushed cardamom (1/2 pad was used here, for more intense flavor. Add mixture on previously baked base. Bake on 180C for 30 minutes.
  • For crumble crust mix flour, brown sugar and melted butter.
  • After 30 minutes take it out of the oven and sprinkle crumble over the top of the pie. Bake for another 10 minutes on 200C. For additional twist you can add blueberries – to spice it up.
