Salmon rolls…


Keep it simple with fresh and flavorful ingredients but add a twist – make salmon rolls. This time as a filling we used asparagus. Check out how to do it.

  • 3 fresh salmon fillets (aprox 130g each)

  • 300g of asparagus

  • 250g of cherry tomatoes

  • olive oil

  • rosemary, thyme and marjoram

  • salt and pepper


  • Clean and dry with paper towels salmon fillets. Put a little bit of olive oil on both sides of fillets. After that add spices, salt and pepper. Gently rub the spices into salmon. Leave it while preping asparagus.
  • Clean asparagus under tap water. Trim them 2-3 cm above the bottom. Dry them on the paper towels.
  • Put asparagus on preheated grill pan and sprinkle them with olive oil and salt. Grill them for 2-3 minutes, rotating them to grill evenly. Affter 3 minutes place them on earlier prepared salmon fillets. Roll salmon fillets over asparagus and secure it with toothpicks. Place them back on the grill pan for max 10 minutes including gentle rotation of the rolls to cooked them evenly. Add cherry tomatoes on grill pan for additional flavor.
  • Serve it with fresh salad and enjoy flavorful and light spring meal.
