TIME FOR SOME CREAMY SOUP
It is always a good time for a pumpkin soup. Sweet flavor of a butternut pumpkin, upgraded with a pumpkin oil and seeds. Check how to prepare it.

Ingredients
500g of cleaned (butternut) pumpkin
sweet potatoe or potatoe (large one)
500 ml of water
1 onion (medium size)
3 cloves of garlic
200ml of cooking cream
salt and pepper
pumpkin oil
pumpkin seeds
Directions
- Wash, peel and clean the pumpkin and potato and both dice. Chop the onions and peel the garlic.
- Add water into a pot and add some salt. Add ingredients in cold, salted water (just enough to cover the vegetables).
- When the vegetables are softened, mash or grind with an electric chopper or mixer, add the rest of the water, cooking cream, salt and pepper as desired, and boil once more.
- When serving add a little bit of cooking cream on top, as well as pumpkin oil and pumpkin seeds. Serve it and enjoy it.
